Four steps to your international order
- Find your collectible.Open the product page and review the description, version, dimensions and current price. If you need help with the Spanish listing, include the link in your inquiry.
- Check availability and timing.Confirm whether the item is in stock, awaiting release or ordered from a supplier. For a pre-order, ask for the estimated release date and payment schedule.
- Confirm shipping and the total.Send your country, city and postal code. Ask which shipping option is available, the shipping charge, the payment currency and which charges are included.
- Place the order and complete payment.Follow the confirmed instructions. On the website, “Agregar al carrito” means “Add to cart”. Select the offered option and quantity, enter your contact and delivery details, and keep your order number and payment receipt.

Share the country and postal code for your order. International options are normally coordinated through DHL or FedEx where available; the carrier and rate are confirmed in your quote.

Store prices may appear in Costa Rican colones: CRC / ₡. Confirm the currency charged and the payment method available for your order. Check conversion details with your payment provider.
Reservations
Where a deposit or reservation option is offered, confirm the deposit, total price, remaining balance, deadlines and cancellation terms before paying.
Confirm the complete cost. Ask which charges are included in the quote and whether import duties, taxes or clearance charges may be payable at your destination. Release estimates, order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages.

International buyer questions
Can I order from the USA, Europe or another country?
Start with a quote request containing the product link, country and postal code. We will confirm availability and the delivery option for that item and destination before payment.
Does a pre-order ship immediately?
A pre-order is a reservation for an item awaiting release or arrival. The product page and your confirmed quote determine its schedule. Paying in full does not bring forward the manufacturer’s release date.
Can I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is among the payment options listed by Tico Ofertas. Confirm whether it is available for your specific order and destination, or use the payment option agreed in your quote.
What does “Adelanto” or “Un Pago” mean?
“Adelanto” means a deposit; “Un Pago” means full payment. These labels only apply where those options are offered. Confirm the full item price, outstanding balance and payment deadlines before selecting a deposit.
Are the prices shown in USD or EUR?
The store’s base currency is CRC, represented by ₡. Check the currency shown on the product page and at checkout, and ask us to confirm the currency charged before paying.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and provide photographs of the item and box when possible so we can review the case under the applicable order terms.
