Prepare your destination details
Include province or territory, city, street number, unit and postal code. For a remote destination, identify the actual community rather than only a nearby major city.
What to include
Province or territory, city, complete address and postal code.
For collectors in Québec, this page also includes a French-language request guide. A quote to a major city does not establish the rate or availability for remote communities.
Tico Ofertas operates from Costa Rica. This guide does not indicate a local branch or guaranteed delivery coverage. Availability, carrier and timing are confirmed per order.
Know the total before paying
The store's base currency is CRC / ₡. Confirm the charged currency, shipping cost and included charges. Ask whether import duties, taxes or clearance charges may be payable at destination. There is no universal shipping rate or delivery date.

What if checkout has no shipping option?
Send the item link and full destination before paying. We will check whether a suitable option exists.
Can you find an item outside the catalog?
Send the character, studio, edition and budget. A request does not guarantee sourcing.
What should I check for a handheld?
Confirm model, condition, accessories, language and compatibility. Ask about carrier restrictions for devices with batteries.
