Tasa Cero, Credix and installments
Ask whether your product and card qualify for 3, 6 or 12 months, or another available plan. Amount, term and approval are confirmed before purchase.
Reservation or pre-order
A deposit is part of the payment. Confirm the full price, remaining balance, deadlines and cancellation terms for that product.

First check the card options shown at checkout. If you prefer PayPal, confirm its current availability before arranging payment. Request a shipping quote for your destination.

Does “Adelanto” mean the full price?
Adelanto or apartado identifies an initial payment. Check the full-payment option and remaining balance before reserving.
Does every card qualify for Tasa Cero?
Eligibility depends on the issuer, card, amount, product and current terms. Ask before selecting an installment plan.
Where can I find current promotions?
Check the current price and terms on the listing or ask about an active campaign before paying. A past campaign does not guarantee a current discount.

Use these steps to resume your purchase with the right product and payment option.
1. Check whether an order exists
Check your email, including spam. If you received an order number or see a bank charge, ask us to check its status before paying again. Include the order number if you already have one.
2. Confirm shipping to your address
If checkout offers no delivery method, share the product link and version, your country, city and postal code. We will review the shipping option and cost for your order before payment.
3. Check the payment message
If your card is not accepted, review the message shown and ask your bank whether it needs to authorize the purchase. If you need another payment method, ask us for the current options for your order; confirm PayPal availability before using it.
4. Confirm the total and currency
Check the product, version, shipping and payment currency. If you chose a deposit, confirm the full price, remaining balance and deadlines. A USD or EUR estimate may differ from your bank’s final charge.
